1. Who we are
agencyfinder ("we", "us", "our") operates this website. For any privacy enquiry contact hello@agency-finder.co.uk. We are the data controller for the personal data described below.
2. What we collect
When you complete our matching form we collect:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your website URL and business details (industry, budget, goals)
- Any free-text notes you choose to share
- Standard technical data (IP address, browser, device) via our hosting and analytics providers
3. How we use it
- To review your enquiry and identify suitable PPC agencies (legitimate interests / performance of a contract you requested)
- To share your enquiry with up to three PPC agencies we believe are a strong fit (with your explicit consent given on the form)
- To contact you about your enquiry by email or phone
- To improve our service and prevent fraud or abuse
4. Who we share it with
We only share your enquiry details with the small number of PPC agencies (up to three) that we shortlist for you, and only after you have ticked the consent box on our form. Those agencies become independent controllers of the data you have submitted and are contractually required to contact you only in relation to your enquiry. We do not sell your data and we do not list it on any open marketplace.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiry data is retained for 24 months from your last interaction with us so that we can support follow-up matching and respond to queries. After that, it is deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, object to processing, withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). To exercise any of these rights, email hello@agency-finder.co.uk.
7. Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies to run the site and may use analytics cookies to understand aggregate traffic patterns. Where required, we ask for your consent before non-essential cookies are set.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
